Hyatt Place Dallas North

We stayed at the hotel for a few days, and overall, our experience was positive. The place was clean, the rooms were tidy, and the beds were very comfortable, which ensured a good rest. The free parking was a big plus, as we didn’t have to worry about the car. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioner in the room didn't maintain the heat properly, and it was a bit chilly, so we had to use an extra blanket. It would be great if the heating or air conditioning system could be upgraded. As for the breakfast, it was quite simple and repetitive. It would be nice if the variety were expanded, offering more options. Overall, the hotel is good, but there are a few aspects that could be improved to enhance guest comfort.

Interior design. Cleanliness. Attentive staff (front desk). Everyone was very friendly and greeted me with a warm smile. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of options like cereal, to oatmeal, waffles, boiled eggs, bacon, bagels, eggs, potatoes. Dining area was spacious, too. I loved everything. It was a WHOLE VIBE and I'd love to stay there again for another business trip out that way. ♡

There was a good assortment: hot and cold and I enjoyed being able to have a chai tea latte with my breakfast. The cost was excellent for the tea. The staff were also excellent. Drae connected with my grandson who is on the autism spectrum. He showed Tyler what it was like to share with others. Shannon was fabulous. Always available and caring. My last day there I was really feeling awful with allergies and had a very sore throat. Shannon had cough drops and shared with me. This was my second stay with my grandson. It just feels like home. Very warm and welcoming.

Great hotel, the accomodations and bathroom were really nice and clean. The wifi was fast. The breakfast was good, there were pancakes, bacon, eggs, different types of tea and coffee. But what I really enjoyed was the staff, they were super friendly, helpful and caring.

The location was great. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. Water pressure was excellent.
